Marshall Breeding as keynote of the 2016 CO Interlibrary Loan conference

We are pleased to announce that Marshall Breeding, a well-renowned speaker on library trends, will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming conference.  Mr. Breeding has presented at numerous conferences, events and workshops throughout the United States and internationally.  He is the creator and editor of Library Technology Guides and Libraries.org, a directory of libraries on the web.
