Mike Richins

Mike Richins has 16 years of experience in library resource sharing. Prior to joining the RapidILL team in 2010, he was the Interlibrary Loan Lending Supervisor at Colorado State University Libraries. Mike is currently the Coordinator of Customer Support and System Development for RapidILL, and works with libraries on Rapid setup, training, workflow, and support. He also conducts RapidILL workshops, and promotes the service through conference presentations and webinars.
