Gerrit Bouma

 

Gerrit Bouma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University.

A major focus of his research is understanding the role of the placenta in controlling fetal growth and development and ultimately postnatal health. In addition to an active research lab, he teaches a variety of human and animal physiology lectures in both undergraduate and graduate courses.
